The CFP Exam Panel is comprised of experts in all areas of financial planning, such as retirement planning, risk management and taxation.

The exam panel's purpose is to ensure:

  • the certification exams sufficiently and appropriately assess the competence of candidates for certification by demonstrating the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities
  • individuals who are qualified receive a passing score and individuals who are not qualified receive a failing score

Minoo has over a decade of experience in the Wealth and Asset Management. She is currently a member of the Institutional Consultant Relations Team with TD Global Investment Solutions, where she is focused on developing and maintaining strong relationships with institutional investment consultants, supporting research activities. Prior to joining TD, Minoo was a Vice President and Client Portfolio Manager at a multi-family office in Toronto, where she was responsible for communicating the firm's investment approach and portfolio construction process to clients.  

Minoo holds a Master of International Business degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. She is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and a CFA Charterholder.
