The CFP Exam Panel is comprised of experts in all areas of financial planning, such as retirement planning, risk management and taxation.

The exam panel's purpose is to ensure:

  • the certification exams sufficiently and appropriately assess the competence of candidates for certification by demonstrating the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities
  • individuals who are qualified receive a passing score and individuals who are not qualified receive a failing score

Minoo has over a decade of experience in the wealth management industry. She has primarily worked with private clients and a wide range of institutional clients in Canada. Currently Vice President, Family Office Services at Forthlane, Minoo is the main point of contact for a number of ultra high net worth clients across the country. Prior to joining Forthlane, Minoo spent five years at a large Canadian asset manager in Toronto supporting the portfolio management activities of its clients - many of whom were family offices. Focusing on client centric service, she acted as a key link between clients and the company’s internal operations. 

Minoo holds a Master of International Business degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. She is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and a CFA Charterholder.
