Following referral of a complaint to a discipline hearing by the Conduct Review Panel, members of the Hearing Panel Roster serve as adjudicators on the FP Canada Standards Council™ Hearing and Appeal Panels in support of the Standards Council’s professional-oversight function.

Claudia began her career in financial services in 2005 with National Bank of Canada, where she held multiple positions within the firm.

These roles include acting as a Compliance Supervisor, for National Bank Financial, where she was licensed as a Supervisor with Options for CIRO (formerly IIROC).

In 2018, she discovered the world of Financial Planning, leading to her obtaining the Certified Financial Planner® certification in 2019. She then worked as a Financial Planner in Ottawa until relocating to Montreal, where she worked as a Training Coach for Financial Planners, Advisors and Managers for National Bank of Canada. 

Claudia is currently working as a Financial Planner with a team of Advisors in Wealth Management. She holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Concordia University and is a holder of the F.Pl. designation with the Institut de Planification financière in Quebec.
