Following referral of a complaint to a discipline hearing by the Conduct Review Panel, members of the Hearing Panel Roster serve as adjudicators on the FP Canada Standards Council™ Hearing and Appeal Panels in support of the Standards Council’s professional-oversight function.

Janice is Partner at ENT Vaughan LLP. Her role involves corporate financial reporting, conducting reviews and compilations, corporate return filing, controllership and advising management. She is experienced in the areas of corporate and personal tax planning, navigating complex tax regulations, assisting with CRA tax issues, as well as SRED, rollovers and HST/GST. 

Janice is a lecturer on taxation, auditing and financial accounting at Humber College. Janice served as a Director for CGA Ontario and Chair of the Board from 2012 to 2013. She is the Chair of the Discipline Committee for CGA Ontario and served on the Discipline Tribunal Panel for CGA Ontario. 

Janice received the Chartered Director designation from The Directors College and McMaster University in 2012. She volunteers on the Boards of several non-profit organizations.
