Susan Kushneryk is a founding partner at Kushneryk Morgan LLP.  She has spent most of her career in private practice in the litigation departments of two leading national law firms and in boutique law firms focused on corporate governance and dispute resolution.  She has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada and various appellate and superior courts across Canada, as well various administrative tribunals.  In addition to her time in private practice, Susan worked as a prosecutor in Enforcement at the Ontario Securities Commission and at the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada.   

Susan obtained her law degree from the University of Toronto and a degree in philosophy from the University of Winnipeg.  She has also completed the Canadian Securities Course.  Susan was called to the bar in Ontario in February 2002.
