Following referral of a complaint to a discipline hearing by the Conduct Review Panel, members of the Hearing Panel Roster serve as adjudicators on the FP Canada Standards Council™ Hearing and Appeal Panels in support of the Standards Council’s professional-oversight function.

Tim became a CPA/CA in 1983 and since that time he has spent approximately 10 years as a part-time practice inspector for the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants. Following this role, Tim served on the Professional Conduct Committee for the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants for four years.

Tim became a qualified life insurance advisor in 2001 and earned the Certified Financial Planner® designation in 2007. He has been advising individuals, businesses, and institutions on financial matters for over 30 years. Tim’s current practice is primarily focused on discretionary investment management, financial planning, and estate planning.
