Following referral of a complaint to a discipline hearing by the Conduct Review Panel, members of the Hearing Panel Roster serve as adjudicators on the FP Canada Standards Council™ Hearing and Appeal Panels in support of the Standards Council’s professional-oversight function.

Ronni Nordal practices law as a sole practitioner exclusively in the area of professional regulation/discipline and acts as a neutral arbitrator, mediator and investigator and is a member of the Canadian Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.  In addition to representing individual professionals in relation to regulatory proceedings, Ronni advises the Professional Conduct Committee or Discipline Committee of various regulatory bodies and is a Practice Advisor and Designate Professional Responsibility Counsel for the Law Society of Saskatchewan. Ronni is a sessional lecturer with the University of Saskatchewan College of Law and in 2025-2026 will be teaching an Arbitration seminar as well as a Regulation of Professionals seminar.  Ronni has been a Police Commission Hearing Officer for a number of years and is the current Chair of the Saskatchewan Educational Relations Board.  Outside of work, Ronni is the proud mother of two adult children, an active foster parent and volunteers in the community with a focus on mental health, substance use and food/housing insecurity.
