  • The Standards of Professional Responsibility, including associated guidance
  • The FP Canada Standards Council™ Competency Profiles
  • The FP Canada Standards Council Projection Assumption Guidelines Committee which is responsible for maintaining and updating the Projection Assumption Guidelines

Julie Seberras, has been in the Financial services industry for 20 years working for multiple Financial institutions, supporting advisors in growing their businesses and delivering financial planning. Julie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Financial Services at Dalhousie University. She also holds the Certified Financial Planner® designation and is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI). Julie provides subject matter expertise on financial planning topics to various education providers supporting content creation, developing examination items and marking for the students completing the required curriculum who are on the path to CFP® Certification. In 2018, Julie was nominated as one of only 28 people for the Top Under 40 achievement awards by the Investment Industry Association of Canada (IIAC).

Julie is passionate about educating on financial planning topics and elevating financial literacy.
